Eustigmaeus absens (Acari: Stigmaeidae) türünden elde edilen kitin ve Ag-dekore edilmiş kitin nanokompozit: İzolasyonu, karakterizasyonu ve antibakteriyel aktivitesi

3D chitin was obtained from the mite species Eustigmaeus absens Doğan (Acari: Stigmaeidae) by chemical method and silver nanoparticles were decorated on chitin. The resulting chitins characterized using attenuated total reflectance-Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDX) transmission microscopy (TEM) their antibacterial activities evaluated. It determined that E. contains carbon (C), nitrogen (N), oxygen (O) elements trace amount of calcium (Ca) element. characteristic amide-I amide-II bands for α-chitin observed ATR-FTIR analysis. SEM images revealed surface consists macropores, micropores broken nanofibers. TEM analysis showed sizes differed between 6-20 nm. Images taken stereo phase-contrast equipped light without disturbing structure organism. In addition, it defined nanoparticle exhibited against bacteria Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 Staphylococcus aureus 29213.
